GHC works to keep this site usable and accessible, but the site is provided “as is” and availability or display may vary by device, browser, settings, or assistive technology. GHC may update, pause, or remove site content at any time. GHC is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services or links (including embedded tools, hosting, analytics, and external websites).

Sales tax may apply to your order depending on the deliverables and your location. When required, applicable state and local sales tax will be added at checkout or included on your invoice.

In North Carolina, certain digital products delivered electronically (including photographs) are subject to sales and use tax.

Ownership: All images are protected by copyright and remain the property of GHC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

License: Unless a project’s usage terms are separately agreed in writing, the client receives a default, limited license to use the delivered images for the client’s own marketing and promotional purposes.

Default license terms (if not otherwise agreed): time-limited, United States, all media.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the license does not include resale, assignment or transfer to unrelated third parties except as expressly stated above, sublicensing, or use for AI training.

Exclusivity: Product imagery created for a product brand is typically exclusive to that client for that product. For other types of work, exclusivity is not included by default and can be negotiated for an additional fee.

License Transfer: Client may provide images to their retailers or distribution partners solely to market the client’s products or services. The license may not be transferred, assigned, or sublicensed for any other purpose.

Derivative Works: Client may crop, resize, and make reasonable adjustments needed for layout (including adding text, gradients, or similar design treatments) as long as the image is not used in a misleading context and the integrity of the work is not materially altered.

Attribution: Photographer credit is appreciated but not required.

Promotional Use: GHC retains the right to display the work for self-promotion (website, portfolio, social, awards, etc.). If there is a launch date, embargo, NDA, or other confidentiality need, timing will be honored when communicated in advance or agreed in writing.

No AI Training: Images may not be sold or licensed for use in training AI models. Editing may involve third-party software and services; GHC cannot control or be responsible for how those providers handle data within their own systems, but will not knowingly authorize AI training use of the images.

Confidentiality: GHC won’t share or disclose your confidential information to any third party (including subcontractors) except as needed to perform the services for this project, and any subcontractors will be bound to confidentiality obligations at least as protective as these terms. Any files you provide (brand assets, product files, internal references) are used only to perform the work and won’t be shared.

Portfolio Use: GHC retains the right to display finished work for portfolio/marketing use unless you request an embargo (e.g., “not until launch”) in advance, or agree in writing in advance that the work remains confidential.

NDA: NDAs are available on request. If you have your own NDA, GHC is open to reviewing/signing it as part of the project.

Exceptions: Confidentiality doesn’t apply to information that becomes public through no fault of GHC, or that you authorize GHC to share in writing.
